I had a frustrating experience with the Ola Electric mobile application and the S1X Plus model scooter. Bluetooth connectivity issues were persistent, often leading to difficulties in unlocking the scooter. Additionally, the frequent rebooting of the scooter and the inability to connect the proximity sensor for unlocking created a frustrating user experience. App version 4 is definitely improved than app version 3, but it is still not that good that I wish to feel like. The most painful concern is that it's poor design to make its customers to contact customer care in real sense. For example, I had an issue for not being able to extend OLA CARE+ subscription, but there is no relevant menu to report that. There were other instances, too, where I could not find relevant option to report to. Ola Electric app is still aweful.
It's a very bad app, if I connect once in my s1xplus, it disconnects after a while. Have to pair bluetooth again and again. Not a pair. There are a lot of software bugs... too bad. No one should purchase this vehicle . The service and no application is too bad. They only care about sales and don't care about service... If this is the situation , this company will be shut down soon...
