For starters, it didn't have all the contacts that are on my phone and that I use regularly. Then, adding them was a real bear. I had to find my way blindly to add them. THEN, I got weird messages about the phone number like 'invalid phone' when I know both mine and the contact's phone are working and very valid. It seemed that in order to do anything, you had to err in order to get the little icon that would let you do what you were trying to do. Very clumsy organization in that respect.
I had cancelled the service and thinking they had fixed all the issues I signed up again and this is annoying still can't can't cal I have been with this service for a while and every so often the app will not let you make any calls and it's getting annoying. I'm trying to call my doctor and pharmacy and my bank and no calls will go through. I don't recommend this app, customer service just keeps asking questions after question everytime I answe they ask another. But still won't fix the issues.
The ability to get a second phone number from any country has been incredibly useful. Whether I'm in New York or Tokyo, I can easily obtain a local number to make and receive calls without incurring hefty roaming charges. It's also great for protecting my privacy when dealing with unknown contacts or online transactions.
