It took me ages to get a ticket, something that should be quick and painless. First you have to sign up, amf create a password that contains 6 elements of security, then after the payment for the event window, you are told you MUST DOWNLOAD and INSTALL their app to VIEW and ostensibly, PRESENT the ticket. What an idiot company, bound for failure. I will delete after the show....
The tour was a very good experience, but don't understand why I keep receiving emails recommending my to sign up for the same tour again and again..?
Worst UX ever.. Damn even a filter search not that really good.. U guys, think this.. Why must you guys put date filter but cannot select literally date? I mean how dumb that is.. Also you cannot sort the date.. Idk la how you guys on this peatix think when to do this app.. Utterly useless..
