The app is great but the inability to export or download is concerning. I'm not going to save my family's memories in an app that may not exist in a few years. If they provide the ability to export a summary every month or so, then I will happily subscribe.
Loved this app until that more than doubled the cost without notice. I started paying 11.99 or something a year or maybe a small monthly fee and then all the sudden it was 29.99 all at once without notice. Now I get warnings daily that if I don't renew I'll lose everything. It hasn't even backed anything up in over 6 months anyways, so I guess I was paying for nothing. Yes I will be sad to lose what's on here, luckily most of its backed up elsewhere. False advertising and shady tactics
I like the app and think it has really good potential but I get plagued by error notifications whenever using the app. Also, I liked that I could have a shortcut for each of my children's album on my home screen but that option seems to have disappeared now. I do like the look and feel of the app though when it is behaving.
