It's a good app, but could be better. 1. There are modules like "walk pet" that I wish could be deleted from my home screen. I see their value if the apply, but many don't for us and they just take up unnecessary space. 2. I wish that they had stats you could see per pet. If that's available, I haven't found it yet. 3. I would like to be able to see usage over multiple days, rather than one day at a time.
I love these automatic litterboxes. The only drawback is the waste bin. I get notifications all the time saying they are full when all the waste piles up in the middle. It would be so much better with deeper waste bins than the long bins currently in use. If they were the same size only deeper rather than long, the waste would still fill up the middle but it would be more likely to spread it out. Same size bin just reconfigured vertically instead of horizontal.
Update: petkit support was great and quickly solved my tech issue. But the nagware/paywall function is really annoying. Do you guys honestly think people are willing to pay for monthly subscriptions for this kind of thing? Rather than paying a monthly fee, I just bought a separate camera. But if you focused on improving your product rather than squeezing extra money out of your customers then I might buy other products & recommend this to friends. You'd probably make more money that way 😒
