So our flight PR2853 got delayed 3 hrs, and the boarding pass just disappeared from the app. You'd also have to click flight status to know that the flight was delayed, no notification whatsoever. App doesnt inform us of the gate number either, you still have to go old school and watch the monitors. Bottomline, you wont miss this app if you dont have it.
I book for a relative and had an issue with the name. The app wont even let you change the name. I had to pay to fix the name issue, then when I got the receipt the additional baggage I purchased got removed. what kind of stupid app and system do you have? If I didnt check the additional baggage wold have been gone. not gonna fly with you anymore. it took 6 hours to resolve all this! note: other apps will allow you to change your name until you check in online.
Better use web browser. Previous UI version works better, current version all screwed up. App always shows the circling aircraft for every entry made for each of the destinations and dates - it's not yet even tapping the search button. Weird logic for booking roundtrip return flights that selecting a diferent date for return flight resets the departing flight selection also and had to do things all over again. Online check-in forever shows the circling aircraft and never proceeds to next page.
