Download and install LDPlayer on your computer
Locate the Play Store in LDPlayer's system apps, launch it, and sign in to your Google account
Enter "PrintMaker" into the search bar and search for it

Help! How do I revert to the previous version? It automatically updated on my Android phone and now the connect button is out of reach (it's hidden behind the back button on my home screen that won't go away). It also doesn't show the text box when you go to type in your text. It shows only the keyboard so you can't see what you're typing or set the cursor within the text box. I need to use this app and now it suddenly doesn't work! It would be great if it could work in portrait mode as well.
The app can't connect to the printer. I am using android 11 and bluetooth paired successfully. The issue is with the app. I have Uninstalled the app, factory reset the printer, and restarted app and printer multiple times. And nothing. It is a good concept. I am hoping customer service can help, if not will return. I tried. Update: July 29, 2021. I have contacted customer service and they are working on the issue.
I got this machine/app hoping it would be easier to use than a regular printer for my labels. It unfortunately is the opposite. The app is clunky. I expected slight difficulty since I'm making my designs on a phone screen rather than a computer, but it was significantly worse than expected. The "undo" function doesn't work correctly, there aren't very many font options, the font sizing glitches, and you can't upload your own designs to print. Cool concept, but disappointing execution.
