Better than other reviewers' experience, as I was not charged, (I will check again later as I saw a transaction pending). When they took my card data, did it in 2 minutes. When I tried to upload and use their app, it took 10' for 2 pages, and their page is SLOW. Totally unreliable, especially when you have to print large volumes. For some minutes, I have been trying to leave the app and I am not allowed. 5 minutes later: still trying to leave their page!!!
In general this app works quite well. However at least once a week I have issues with either uploading my documents or connecting to the printer. The most frustrating thing about the uploads failing is not being given a reason why - the best I've ever got when I contacted them about this is "just leave it a little while then try again later" so definitely give yourself a few days if you need to print stuff out.
First impressions really do count. Installed and uninstalled within 5 minutes. It won't allow me to sign up and doesn't allow me to login via the alternative options (Facebook/Gmail). I mean why bother offering an app if it doesn't work? All that keeps coming up is an error message saying 'there's a problem and that I either need to login and out again or refresh the page'.... well yeah I would login and out if I could even get that far. Just disappointing.
