I'm using a Google Pixel 3A phone. When I select a movie, all the ads play flawlessly, but then the movie won't play, it just says try again. This is the worst possible scenario! I don't want the ads, I want the movie! I get "[DRM_FAILED_TO_PROVISION] Unable to play protected content at this time. please connect to the internet internet and try again." I am connected... I see the ads. Any chance of fixing this before we land?
Completely useless app. Keeps freezing and won't let you watch anything because apparently your headphones aren't connected, even know they are, and work perfectly fine! 2000 negative reviews and they haven't fixed this garbage so this review won't do anything. Fortunately I've got plenty of time to write it as my flight has been delayed! Fantastic! If you're reading this it's because you're about to take off.. Which means it's too late. Sorry guys. Wow, what a lackluster experience. Your app experience is about as good as your on time performance. Expect a spinning wheel of death and an inability to access any features within the application. The premise behind the app is terrible to begin with, why in 2023 am I unable to use WiFi in flight and stream from one of many streaming services I already subscribe to? I would say fix the app, but don't bother. Trash and put that dev money into providing free wifi on your flights.
