This is horrible. I can't login. There's an error almost everytime it tries to send me the OTP. The one or two times I did actually login, it froze at the pop-up that asked to send notifications. I have been trying this for months. I have flown a few flights on Qatar already and I have credit for none of them because I can't get any of their tech to work (even the website has issues). I even tried customer service who told me the best answer was to not use the app at all. It was quite helpful
It's a good app, but there is unnecessory Pin verification when passengers are trying to login to their account, the app send Pin code either through SMS/email. We have to wait for the Pin code. It totally defeats the purpose of fast interaction. These days majority of Phones come with Fingerprint verification. What happens if passengers don't have Internet/cell connections during traveling? I never seen any airlines to implement such an idiotic, useless and cumbersome interaction. Please Fix it
This app is the very opposite of QR's actual service in the sky, which is smooth and seamless. It keeps storing outdated information; asking for details which have been saved a hundred times; blocking online payments which my bank has successfully authorized; switching inexplicably between the app and the website (telling me to "download the app"). The list goes on and on. Third-rate discount retailers operate much better apps these days.
