Don't know what exactly they are updating when they update the app. It can't be fixing anything because it's been almost a year since they messed up the app, a year and the bug on the insurance question that keeps you from progressing is still here. I would love to be able to take a survey that will probably give me an error code after completing it, but you can't even get into the survey because of bugs that should've been fixed 5 updates ago.
I continuously have problems with the surveys crashing or just taking themselves off the screen. I have tried to send the company several messages regarding the issues, but you can not see what you are typing. You only see dots, instead of words. Now, I am trying to redeem my points, but I keep getting error messages.
I loved this app, and it actually works but they have a bug that they won't fix when they have questions with the drop down menu, I contacted support and they told me to finish my profile but I can't because a lot of those questions have the drop down menu that will not load. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and tried to update the app with no luck. Please fix!
