They're a cheat. Trust me when I say this, even if some other app shows the fare a bit higher go for those options and rapido will initially display the fare to be least and then at the end of the trip they'll increase the final fare. And this is not based on just 1 incident but atleast 5 times I gave them a chance and had a similar experience so I'm completely avoiding using rapido ever in my life now. The final fare is always higher than what other apps would show at the time of booking.
Worst experience. Initial cost was 128 Rs and driver went ahead from the actual route just to refuel his vehicle. Then automatically the app showed him the longer route. Upon asking, he said he followed the map. Finally when I reached the destination I had to pay 181 Rs. Even the customer support is worst and couldn't help. For the same distance, same day, I paid 113 Rs. Thanks to Uber Rating 1 star for the experience. Overall i would rate 0 for the UI and the overall app.
1 star for bad app features. 2 star for less cancellation by drivers. The app does not send you tax invoices automatically to the registered email id. It cannot be download later after the trip as well. Can make a request after the trip, but soon after that, app sends you an email 'you did not take a trip on those dates' (which obviously is incorrect). Not recommend you to take Rapido if you need the taxi bills to get reimbursement. Not rectify even after sending repeated emails + screenshots.
