*Totally valueless app.* Is this app just a shell interface to get away with showing ads or does it really work?.IDK. It crashes first time and every time it is launched. Aside from crashing this is a horrible app bc it does not allow browsing to specific folders where you may have files waiting for conversion. Instead it attempts to list all of your mp3 files from your SD card and internal memory in no particular order in a long long list. Good luck finding a specific file you are looking for. I have hundreds of audio books on my SD card plus music and meditation files. Trying to scroll through a list of over 5000 files *unsorted* in this app makes it impossible to find the one audio file I want to test converting to text even if the app didn't crash. Their listing of my MP3s is scattered and random. Plus the app crashes after I attempt to scroll through the file list. Impossible to use. One star for the attempt. Add a browse-to -folder option and fix the crashing. Then this might be useful :(
So many ads that you can't even use the app, and when you finally do manage to get to the controls and select the option to upload an audio file, it's just opens the mic. Absolute junk app. If I could give it a negative score I would
Crashed EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to upload a file and believe me, I tried my a** off!! Also I have never seen an app with more ads - like literally every touch of the screen produced an ad and sometimes just the THOUGHT of touching the screen made them pop up. To say this app SUCKS BEYOND BELIEF is putting it mildly, and it's a shame because it was the only one I could find that claimed to do what I needed it to. I never write app reviews either if that gives any idea of this ones suckage.
