Best guided running workouts I've ever tried. The only one which actually got me hooked up on running. I especially like the guidelines and outdoor/threadmil option. It alerts when to turn back, the explanations of speed adjustments are easy to follow, just enough but not too much motivational blabla. The trainings are really nice too, never boring, always challenging but not too much, the difficulty progress slowly within each level too. I notice how I advence from one run to another. I ❤️ it!
I went for a run with the App and chose a workout for 30 minutes for Beginners focus 'Speed'. The intervals training lasted 10 minutes and the workout was finished. And it wasn't for Beginners at all. I did intervals with other Apps and they were clearly better for Beginners and workouts for 30 min. lasted 30 min. Therefore I won't use it anymore. I like the other Down Dog Apps but this one needs improvement
