There are features on the app that don't work the way they should. It's supposed to be able to contact the watch to ring and find it, but the feature doesn't work. Most of the app seems to work well and while the GPS isn't exact it is close, for example it says the device might be home or across the street but it shows in the same area. Hoping the better service will help fix that
Yes, the ads are a bit annoying, but nothing unexpected from a free app. The location positioning works quite well for us (under 4G LTE network), but it is important to note that this depends on the watch/device that you're tracking.... So those reviews complaining about inaccurate positioning, I bet they're using a 2G device (and they are way cheaper than 4G watches)
Disappointed! Using the app because nothing else for the pet tracker that is on our cat's collar. Gripes: 1. Always runs in portrait! Phones are not the only devices out there! Real pain if using with tablet and keyboard. 2. Ads. intrusive roadblock ads with sound, hard to cancel. 3. I locate critter, zoom in and ... app resets zoom to defaults! Stupid and super annoying. 4. Option to not use LBS is ignored. 5. History doesn't remember sat view setting. ... Honestly, 500 ch. isn't enough.
