Couldn't connect to a professional. Puts me in the queue then sends a notification that there is a doctor trying to call, i click the notification and it says "timed out". This has happened 14 times, inconveniencing myself and the doctors. Un-installed the app and re-downloaded it and that seemed to fix the issue.
Sicky is such an easy and convenient option for when you're not feeling great but need a medical certificate. Personally I don't want to waste time physically going to see anyone when I'm unwell, so this app is perfect for me. It's easy to set up and use and the pharmacists you're connected with are always helpful and friendly.
