Took out of the box and charged it overnight. Set up was easy. It works as long as it is plugged into the charger. But it goes offline immediately after you disconnect from the power source. There is no indicator light for on, so I can't tell if it is low power or full. So I guess it's not wireless? Anyway, I am disappointed in this device. I guess I need to do more research on these products. As of right now, I don't recommend this product.
It's been hit and miss. Sometimes it works, often the program kicks me out and I can't view the livestream. Currently I can't view and of my 3 cameras. Pretty much any of the menu items, such as help or faq kicks me out. It has worked on and off ever since I started using it. Sometimes the cameras have to be power cycled to work. Overall not all that reliable, maybe works 60% of the time.
I have 2 cameras. They work well. Cloud storage is very reasonable compared to most. I paid for cloud storage but it doesn't use it for all-day recording. It does record to the SD card. It holds over a week's worth of videos on a 64 GB SD card. The sound quality could be better. The app was easy to set up and use. I wish they had better controls for the lighting of the camera and an equalizer for the sound.
