Be aware! My dad got charged $19000 after trying to pay his bill of $190. The app glitched and automatically changed his total two decimal points more! After trying to pay through the app again, while a customer service representative was present on the phone, it happened again! Thankfully, the bank blocked the second transaction. Other options work properly, but check twice when you're paying your bill through the app!
I just want to browse the effing website without being forced to the app to log in. I don't want to log in. I just want to look at the freaking watches for 7 seconds. I've disabled the app and removed permissions but it doesn't matter. If I wanted to be on the app I'd load the app. I went to a website for a reason. And if you click uninstall app and go to the website, it just glitches and sticks you in an endless loading page. There's literally no choice and regret switching back every day
I'm reviewing the app, not the service (as you should). This app is very not good. It's extremely slow. It takes 5 seconds to reload any screen you're on if it loses focus at all for any reason. You'll run into things you want to manage that require you to just call (which defeats the point of the app), something that doesn't happen with some other companies I've used. Sometimes it refused to load at all, or will say you need to log in even though you just logged in. They should do much better.
