Ok app. It's free, so you can't expect perfection, but it's fairly stable. It is really annoying, though, that the app constantly prompts me to enable visitor notifications. Every single time I open the app.... No, I don't want my phone buzzing a thousand times/day. Please turn this off. Response to author: The prompt won't allow me to use the app now without turning on notifications for visitors. This is absurd.
I like this app, I don't expect perfection for free. BUT there is some kind of time sync issue and the app shows negative numbers for guest visit duration. It is also affecting trigger timing and other features but support REFUSES to put in a ticket or admit its a problem! This is really frustrating and it has been going on for quite a while. When will this be fixed?? EDIT: WHY ON EARTH should I have to contact you for a THIRD TIME?! It is a KNOWN ISSUE, FIX IT! it's not hard! Down to star now!
before you go to the notifications, on your cellphone. before opening the tawk to app, put the volume high. and then go to the notifications, and put then as you like. the team at tawk to suck, and tbh, it has bugs. if you put the phone on silent, some how some way, it messes with the configuration, and you cant select certain stuff. play with it, until you fix it.....it took me like 1 hour to figure this out...lol...good luck
