I hope the app is being reworked again. While now it at least opens to the right day(!!) , it doesn't help because it crashes as soon as I try to open an article. UPDATE 28 May: The app continues to crash despite the update... I can open the app and read the headlines, but the app crashes consistently when I try to open an article. I'm using a Samsung S10 which certainly isn't an old phone. It's really quite disappointing to continue to have these issues after weeks of "improvements".
I upgraded to a new tablet from an old one running an old version of this app. That version was great. It started at page one and you worked your way through, like a proper newspaper. This version is awful. Things appear all over the place, there's no logic to the order in which articles appear and there appears to be no setting to stop it updating itself, despite the setting to stop automatic downloads. You've taken a good app and mucked it up.
Unreadable. Trying to change the font size with the cog icon has no effect. Changing it with the Aa icon within an article doesn't last more than one read. I'm not the only one with this issue, read the reviews and sort it out. App is very buggy for a paid app and customer services aren't interested unless I send all my subscription details and I'm not wasting any more of my time on this.
