This is not an app, in what we know as an app. This is their mobile version of the website made to look like an app. GPS location is always stating that it's been turned off, but the "app" allows location services at all times. Even after deleting the app, or clearing data/cache, it still thinks it is of. Just go to their website, less of a headache.
Dont bother. App is crashing and after current changes they can only deal with $ and €. If your bank account is in another currency you WILL incure additional charges on top of already expensive tickets. I was assured there will not be charges. Customer service is a joke. Just play lottery in your own country. Also lost my 13% discount. Ticket prices went up as well.
Great way to purchase tickets from the convenience of your phone and wherever you are. 30% fee is an exorbitantly steep price to pay for such basic service access. It should be half of the price. But, it's nice to have an access option to the lottery when you can't make it to the store.
