day-to-day needs of your pet effortlessly.

Our user-friendly interface connects you to your dedicated
vet(s). This means that you can use ThePetzApp to schedule
appointments, view your pet’s medical history, as well as
receive reminders about upcoming visits to the vet,
examinations, or vaccines.

Apart from managing your pet’s healthcare, you can use our
platform to order your pet’s favourite food, treats, toys and
other accessories your furry friend loves.

What is included in ThePetzKit?

By purchasing ThePetzKit you get:

1. A Customer Card
The customer card features a unique
QR code at the back which you can use
to activate your ThePetzApp account.
This card, can be used at any vet to
grant them access to add to your pet’s
medical history and records.

2. Pet Tag
This is attached onto your pet and
includes a unique QR code that is used
to identify your pet in cases of loss.

• My Pets
Here you can list your pets and access all their details. These
include medical records, scheduled appointments to the vet or
grooming services, as well as any upcoming vaccination needs.
This is a great tool to keep yourself sane and organised.

• Request an Appointment
Arrange appointments to the Vet with the touch of a few buttons!
At this time, only requesting appointments is possible. This means
that Vets have to approve the appointment before it is ocially
scheduled. Our user-friendly interface allows you to select multiple
time slots on a specific day that suits you, so that you have more
chances of being accepted by the vet.

• Order Food
Treat time! Here you will find hundreds of options for your buddy.
You will also find your Vet’s suggestions in your favourites so that
you can access them easily without scrolling through all our
products! At this time, only ordering for pick up (from the Vet) is
available , however we are working on a delivery system to make
your life easier!

• Lost & Found Pet
The unique QR code found on your Petz Tag (included when
purchasing ThePetzKit) is one of our most important features
and is a super-fast way of identifying the owner of a pet in cases
of loss. This feature aims to replace the very slow identification
method using the traditional “chip” and return pets to their home
ASAP.
