I went on my first long haul flight and used the app. It gave me an idea on when to sleep, when to avoid coffee or sunshine etc. It was a flight from Germany to Australia and apart from the journey itself being tireing I didn't have any additional jetlag or felt exhausted. I didn't sleep the whole time the app told me to but tried to follow their timeline as much as I could. Everyone around me had a jetlag and I was fine. So I can really recommend using this app 😊
A complete life changer for dealing with traveling across many time zones. I've used it for half a dozen trips over the last few years traveling both West and East and it just works. Everything it has you do is simple and intuitive but if you stick with the plan it gives you then it works magic. The hardest part is when it gets you to sleep on a flight. I've used it for traveling from West Coast US to the EU and Japan.
