I was presented a black screen for about 7 to 8 secs each time I launch this app(version 1.7.94.1 & the version before). This undesirable delay during launch certainly disturbs you when you're standing at the cashier, ready to make payment. But you cant. It starts too slow ! Cashless should be quick & convenient ! I also noticed the amount of adverts has increased in sheer numbers, sometimes beyond 10 notifications per day. That's too much !
Please fix the widget, the simple design is nice and convenient, but the functionality is the issue, not sure why this situation happens everytime, no exception, everytime I want to pay via the icons in the widget, whatever I click, it doesn't react at all, I have to remove the widget and place it back then only it's functional, everytime. In the end, the convenience I was hoping for is not convenient at all.
Linked to ASNB, and the transaction just failed. When wanted to deposit back the amount back to Go+, it just declined. Restarted my phone, updated the app, upgraded my limit, nothing worked. Seems the features were poorly designed and maintained. Other than that, it's convenient for payments at outlets it's quick and easy. 3 stars until the issue above is fixed.
