Absolutely fantastic app! It has so many great features, it is hard to fit in one review. I originally thought it was restricted to race tracks only, however, if you swipe the home screen sideways, it has 4 or 5 different options including straight datalogging. It records at 20 times a second and includes all the phone sensors. It saves the log to the phone and stores it until you need to upload it to email, OneDrive, Dropbox and a host of other options. I particularly like the interpolate
Works well enough on its own, but not with MPVI3. Usually takes an eternity to connect and when it does it will almost always disconnect randomly, sometimes immediately after connecting, sometimes within a few minutes. Seems odd that it can't maintain a reliable connection considering they're both HPTuners products.
I have been using this app off & on ever since getting the MPVI2. After a past update I had instances where the drag race option would continue to count up even after I passed the selected distance (1/8, 1/4 miles, etc..). It may have been resolved by now. I have a few suggestions that I think would be a nice addition. I think a nice gauge display option with up to 4 to 6 gauges per page would be awesome to have. Also making it easier to scan & clear codes from the main screen would be a nice.
