Be aware of this scam platform run by some crooks. I booked and paid in advance for a property and provided all the documents and received property address and host details. Upon reaching the address, host asked me to move to another location at a new address. I informed Travela and they said host can send guests wherever they want and Travela wont assign any new address. Upon sensing safety issue, i asked for cancellation and refund, they simply said refund is not in their policy.
The concept is awesome, but the app is just a dustbin 🤮.. after scrolling down for few steps, the app becomes unusable.. just lag 🫨.. please add share button so that we can share any of apartment to others so they can click and directly see this.. and please add some customizable filters.. please use some money and upgrade the app for god's sake 😒
