I have been researching how to have a podcast as an alarm, and it has been quite a process. Lots of research. So I am extremely happy to find UnreliAlarm. It is working perfectly for me so far through each of my many different test runs, for both podcasts and music. So happy about this. Looking forward to waking up to this in the morning! Great price too.
Works well enough, but I sometimes forget to actually turn the alarm on. I wish it would activate the alarm by default whenever I set the time for it to go off. It gives a visual clue by changing the background color, but so far I haven't used it frequently enough to remember to look for that. Also had to read through responses to reviews to learn how to reduce volume since it defaults to max - kinda odd not to document such an important feature.
Love this app worked great for so long, but the last security update for my phone somehow messed this app up. My alarms are no longer going off. This may be an issue that only affects me but it's an issue that changes my view a bit.
