This app has worked very well for years, but now suddenly I can't book tickets anymore. I get all the way to payment, I choose my card and enter the cvv and then get an error. Can't connect to server or something. I've tried deleting my cards and re-entering, using different cards, and uninstalling the app. Still same error.
I cannot edit my account, l cannot choose my seat in a comfortable method, l cannot find employees on duty who are helping guests , Displaying wrong information about my previous movies. Last year l booked a ticket for the famous movie fast x 3 days prior so l can watch it in max experience. When l reached the cinema l was informed that the movie has been shifted to standard! Not to mention their seats are uncomfortable and the venue is very hot in summer. It's literally a NIGHTMARE!
Worst app ever made! YOUR IT AND PROGRAMMERS ARE SLACKING OFF! Always crashing down. Whenever we book thru this half baked app to watch cinema, it gives us error during the check out. When we try to refresh or other device, the seats are already taken! Almost nothing good will come out from IT and programmers made or maintained by Indians.
