The delay in opening an account. They took at least 10 business days in opening my account. First they requested me to send documents via their email (which I sent) and then they requested me (after around 3 business days) to do the same through their app. A very long delay in just opening an app. Also, uploaded my address proof document in the app (and it's resolution was extremely extremely clear. In fact, it was a pdf and not png). Still, wahed told to upload it again.
Been using a few years now. The app used to be glitchy, and can be still from time to time, but usually fixed within a few days. Returns are pretty good alhumdulillah. Seen anywhere between 3% & 10% on returns on various portfolios (after fees). Just set up a monthly direct debit and forget about it. Just not, it can take up to 10 days to withdraw your money. InshaAllah good returns for us all 🤲🏽
The actual product is great, but the Android app is terrible. Doesn't support the back button, doesn't load things quickly and overall is buggy and a pain to use. Really preferred the app before, and also when I could use the desktop site but they killed that as well
