I really enjoy this more than using the Website. Very easy to use and straightforward. Favourites are saved. Slot dates are much easier to scroll through. The only set back is the note for the delivery driver, I have to write it every week even though its the same note relating to how to find my house. Edit: a recent change I do not like is they eliminated the world foods tab on the browsing through groceries. Now, if I do not search for it by name, I cannot ever browse to soy sauce.
When shopping in store the app keeps switching away from scan (basket) to the next widget along. Most frustrating. At least with the old app that could only scan things like that could not happen. Having vouchers integrated in is a great improvement, but the ability to lock into scanning mode would greatly improve usability. Hopefully the inability to scan vouchers has been fixed in the latest update. I've yet to test this.
No longer useful for me. It used to be quite good, but I no longer get any personalised vouchers despite being a regular customer. I only used the app for the loyalty card, but I don't see the point of using the card if it doesn't do anything. I often stop at a waitrose after work and always scan the card on the app, so it can't be because I'm suddenly not using it frequently enough.
