I was using "map my walk" but recently it's not been shutting off as soon as I start up Spotify, understandably it would be nice to use both at the same time. This app is simple and easy to use. I only want to see the basics such as distance, speed, calories etc and this app delivers all those.
Features are great for indv training multiple routes. Suited to walking, running and biking, distance, speed or both. You can compete with friends who have the app to your phone. My main gripe is the distance is always off by 20% margin of error and it drives me nuts because it affects my speed. I'm also running with my G-Shock which does not sync but measures separately and the watch is correct and started the same time. The watch is correct because the map of my usual route indicates it as so.
Quite accurate but starting and finishing elevations rarely the same from the same spot. Also I normally have Data off (PAYG) and the maps don't show. I do have Maps for use offline but the App doesn't pick them up. Not very useful when out of Cell range!!
