Constantly losing connection or buffering to the point of being practically unwatchable. This is the only streaming app I have this issue with, so it's not something wrong with my connection. It does the same thing on their desktop website streaming platform. Maybe invest in better servers before charging people for your streaming service.
Bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. From social sciences, hard sciences, debates, travel, documentaries, it's the streaming service that leaves you a smarter and well read person instead of just passing time. If you commute for work like me, it turns all those otherwise lost hours into personal (and sometimes professional) development. Unlike the unfiltered EDUcontent of YouTube, all the courses are by professionals in their fields and well vetted.
edit: bringing my review down bc there are constant bug issues, won't download or downloads won't play, app freezing etc. Also: A) we should be able to delete individual lectures instead of just entire courses at a time, and B) we ought to be able to download just the audio version of the lectures. If people wanted to watch a lecture they could do so easily on their laptop/computer, this is for on the go so more likely ppl will be busy and wanting to just listen. Also, storage space.
