Awesome flexibility to design your individually designed program. Love YouTube option to download workouts. Would appreciate list or 3D diagram some other apps have to better ensure I have a variety of exercises that complement each other. Eg target different areas of back muscles. Why can't I change equipment in the overall summary for new workouts next to time and target areas? How can I combine running stats from samsung watch to workout trainer?
This app's free features are limited, but they kinda work for me. Workout customization is impossible, so I just use it as a timer and sometimes do the exercises (or do my own). The watch app is buggy and if you close it on the watch, there's no way to get it back unless you start the entire workout over. The ads aren't intrusive. The other negative reviews about not being able to cancel the subscription is very concerning and had put me off in getting a subscription (not to mention the price).
It's a good app but still has issues. Sometimes, when I try to sync my offline workout sessions, it simply doesn't register it, and glitches out, basically erasing my session. The audio ducking feature is really annoying if you want to listen to music during a workout, since the audio is muffled throughout the workout, even when there are no audio cues. I turned it off, but it could be useful with some more improvements.
