Download and install LDPlayer on your computer
Locate the Play Store in LDPlayer's system apps, launch it, and sign in to your Google account
Enter "Your Texas Benefits" into the search bar and search for it

The issue with the app and website is, the app locks me out because it doesn't recognize my active password, then doesn't recognize my username when I try to reset it, which is the same as I've had for several years. Then when I try to access the site from the already updated browser on my phone, it says I have to have an updated browser on my "computer". If you try to call them, no one answers, and their AI message center doesn't answer questions. There's no way to contact a human! 😡😡😡😡😡
This app is HORRIBLE. For the last 4 weeks it keeps saying there is a system error and it won't even let me log in. Ridiculous. It will NOT allow me to make a new password for my account either. Nothing. It's a useless app. UPDATE: It's been another month and it STILL doesn't work. You guys said it was a system glitch but it's been "glitching" every single day for months on end. This app is a joke. I'm going to have to switch to paper forms through mail since I can't even log in online. Sad
UPDATED: App is working properly & the new features are great! Love being able to see my balance & transactions without making a phone call...able to delete an app (that have the info) and free up some phone space. 02/16/23 with 2 stars... This was a really good app until it was updated. For more than a week now, it's been having a system error. I can't login to upload any forms or other necessary documents.
