You can pause your ride by simply tapping the "Pause" button on the app & resume by tapping "Resume."
Return the vehicle to a Yulu Zone, lock it, and hit "End Ride" on the app to end your ride.
Riding a Yulu doesn't require a driver's license, but we strongly recommend you follow the traffic rules.

Excellent interface when it came to registering and initiating security deposit. However, too complicated to use and resulted in draining the battery from the phone in the numerous connection attempts with the bike. Asked for a refund but that takes 8-10 business days as compared to the few seconds it took in accepting our payment. Hoped to have a great first experience. It ended before it even began. Never again using it or attempting to use it.
There are countless issues with yulu. Listing some I faced with miracles. 1. The app takes more than 2 mins to locate. 2. The app doesn't allow to end my ride sometimes. On my last ride, it took more than 5 mins to end the ride. Hence was charged more. 3. The vehicle turns off while someone is riding it. This is terrible and can lead to accidents. 4. It's very tough handle the stand of the vehicle. 5. It should give a message if we try scanning vehicle which is not charged or working.
The app interface is good. Yulu needs to improve the reliability of the vehicles (personal experience with Miracle versions). The previous two vehicles which I took stopped abrubtly in the middle of the outer ring road (Bangalore) which could have been dangerous. One stopped due to battery discharge although the app displayed sufficient range and the second one stopped abrubtly. Ride the vehicles at your own risk.
