It's a horrible app, avoid it! I ordered a few items which did not look like what is shown in pictures, and returning the items was EXTREMELY difficult. They make it difficult on purpose, because that way they earn money. And easy returns are very important when it comes to online shopping of course. I will never order anything again here!
The only good thing is the necklace I ordered. I also ordered a shirt and sweatshirt. Both didn't fit and the quality didn't look like on the pictures. Also I had to pay 5€ delivery (that is fine) but I also had to pay the return, so I lost 10€ total for a 1,80€ necklace. The support is kind but answers only after a long time. Also the support part of the app is really buggy and really bad. The return steps are all mixed up und not clear. Overall rating, I would not recommend.
SCAM !! Avoid at al cost, they took my money and i have never received my package. Went back and forth with their office and they just wont give a refound. They are just repiting the same sentence " contact your delivery company". Well i have, several times and actualy went there , they have never received the package with that tracking number. A scam !!
