I hv not used the app, booked on website. Unfortunately, they do not provide refund except for tax refund (which takes a long time) if flight is cancelled. Another more ex flight was booked & money was sadly wasted. I hv emailed to ask but still not allowed. On website, we couldn't choose seats nor were we able to select meals but u can in the app. Pls consider changing your refund policy to be more flexible, allow seat & meal selection and you will see improvement in your airlines business.
Please give both flying Zipair and app a pass. App is a waste of time trying to buy luggage space, check in (passport scan, etc) tried for over an hour and kept saying the wrong traveller name, you are stucked after one is checked in. Also, on the service wise, it has changed since last year. 2 different sectors have 2 different checked in requirements on your handbags, not hand carry. More importantly, it differs from their website requirements when you followed them.
After the recent update, the app seems dead. Cannot load and claims its connection issue when I have no issues reinstall. It just won't load.
