How To Play CrossO: TicTacToe?

A player can play a perfect game of tic-tac-toe if, each time it is their turn to play, they choose the first availability from the below list.

1. The first player goes with “O” (WATER), you can allow the first player to decide whether he wants to go with "X"s (FIRE) or "O"s (WATER). These symbols will be placed on the table, in an attempt to have three of them in a row. If you're going first, then you can make it to move into the centre; this will be the best move.
