Very easy to keep track of workouts and a nice reference for proper form. It would be nice if it could take my current plans and create new ones with variations rather than only creating completely new things. The progressive overload feature is very helpful, but it can get annoying if you aren't progressing the way it suggests, as it keeps suggesting the wrong thing.
This app is almost perfection. The only thing and I mean THE ONLY THING it needs for a perfect 5 stars is a tempo training addition. An automated voice that says push, pause, lower, pause and then counts the rep outload. Seriously even without the premium features it's still perfect the premium feature tho are killer there's nothing better for no cost. Edit: they have now added in the cardio excercises and excercises for TRX and resistance bands which I also appreciate.
I like the app. Able to make custom work outs or app designed workouts. The app workouts are ok. If you make more than one workout group, the app uses repetitive exercises from one workout to the other. The most frustrating part isn't with the app as it is with the billing. They doubled charged me for the product. Will let you know how it is to work with support with an updated review. Update: support was fast to respond to my billing problem, which was my mistake. I would recommend this app.
