Only because it can't go lower. I have had nothing but issues with it. Nothing seems to work the way it is supposed to. Won't login to apps can't answer doorbell on phone, without having to open the app frost. I bought a +360 video Doorbell that is completely worthless with this app which you have no choice but use. Tech support is useless and consist of them constantly asking for you to provide them with more info while never providing you any useful feedback. I now need to switch to a different doorbell, because the 360 was basically a total waste of money for my needs in conjunction with this app.. I could have purchased big box store 20$ wireless doorbell that goes Ding when the button is pushed if that was all I wanted. I already have a security camera that I Need to open a separate app to see and talk through, so that is not what I expected out of this.
One of the more reliable, free, and useful apps out there. The two AC1C cameras I'm using are power efficient and work well on this app. A handy and free feature is that the first 10 seconds of identifying any motion is recorded to their cloud. This is immeasurably useful for evidence. I only wish it had at least two customizable detection zones; this would make this app even more powerful. Thanks for the updates and for solving detection sensitivity for bugs. Stay awesome guys. 😊🌎✨
The camera works well, although when adding the optional extended battery, it is very bulky. The app is, however, useless. If you are looking for protection. This is not the right product. Oh, it will show you video after the fact, but if you want to know someone is there right now, this app does not tell you unless you are watching it live. Out of 3 that I've tried, only Ring gives you a verbal notification that someone is in your marked zone..but Ring has trouble staying connected.
