I love this app. Works on an older phone and has been a great comfort during client calls when I can't write fast enough to capture every detail of what's being asked. Also great when speaking with family members and capturing fond moments in conversation. Love how easy it is to use, notifies you when a call wasn't recorded, allows you to write a note describing the call, and attaches the phone number to the call log. Hate that newer phones don't allow this app to work.
As others have stated, the app no longer works. This is due to updates by Android which prohibit automated recording of phone calls by ordinary users. This is 100% NOT the developer's fault, although it's strange that they continue to list the app as a "call recorder." The only use I can see is if you need a timestamp for a phone call as well as what is basically metadata about the call.
I've used this app to record a couple of phone calls and it had worked well. I like it well enough to pay for the non-free version! Since then, the developer of this app has had a hard time maintaining it's functionality because Google is revoking some of the permissions it needs to record phone calls. I sympathize with the developers frustration. But I'm removing the app from my cell phone because of its increasingly annoying pop-ups and app overrides. I want it gone from my notification bar.
