Used to be great. But I've had problems out of the schedules for months now and it has gotten worse. I have my son's set where he can't play games or test during class. It's supposed to unlock at lunch and then lock back. Instead it says " access granted until I say so" and that's not what I have set. All I get from customer service is to delete the schedule and redo it. It doesn't work. Keeps messing up. Not paying for an app that sucks. And yall don't listen.
Since the UI upgrade the location service hasn't worked. I get notifications when the phone enters and exits the areas I've set but I can't select today's date to see where the phone is now. I can see where he went with it yesterday which isn't much use. Awaiting support to reply to my email. Everything else works well.
Great experience with Iphone. would not recommend for Android devices. This app is phenomenal at allowing you to control every minute detail of an apple device. Unfortunately it is much less robust with android devices. The ability to select apps to be permanently blocked, permanently enabled or only enabled when the device is, is Amazing. But only available for Iphones. As is the ability to prevent in app purchases, hard resets and multiple other features. I would not recommend for Androids.
