I loved this app but now I can't log in, every time I try I get an error saying to try later. Messaged customer support and they said the error means I am using a VPN, have privacy services enabled or am in an unsupportive country, none of this is true, then was told the issue would be escalated and I would be contacted again... That was June 16th it is now July 2 and still getting error 9003 and can't log in... Very disappointed.. updated to say everything is good again !
It's a great app. It had some issues, so I quit using it for a while. I tried some other survey apps but eventually came back to this one because it's the best, in my opinion and the bugs are now fixed. Be carefwith your responses. If you get too excited like I do and press the wrong button, you might be kicked off a survey even if it's the last question of the survey which is very frustrating😩
Very simple and easy to use, downloaded this about 2 days ago and I love it already. All the cute cat pictures and I love how it tells when your not qualified instead of just kicking you out completely and saying why or what happened. Hope to keep using this, think it would be nice if there was another feature to add where you can still earn points after you did all the surveys, like a little cat game or something💕
