Such a pain to set up, often disconnects, and tells you that you need permissions to get it to work, but doesn't tell you what permissions. I had to delete the app and re-download it to see if it'll work again. It didn't, so I deleted the device and was going to reconnect it. Now I keep getting that error code about permissions and it won't get passed it. Disappointed since I've only had this device a few months.
Update: 11/1 - Feeder camera no longer connects most of the time. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Good start but app needs more features and a more logical interface. Feeding schedule works but isn't showing in the daily history. I agree with others that location permission shouldn't be needed. I understand the sound and file access is for photos and videos. Keep the support coming.
If it worked well all the time, this is fantastic. Unfortunately, whenever it comes time for hardware upgrades, it always fails for me. I try updating the app, and it doesn't work either. I don't know what the issue is? I really really want to like this because it works well otherwise. What's going on with the software/hardware updates?! It's definitely not a wifi issue.
