Terrible since July 2022 update. Keep getting message popup "Currently running videos are straining the memory on your device", every time I view from camera to camera. Also, connections to cameras constantly fail, I have to close and reopen app 3 to 4 times before it connects to DVR successfully. Both problems started after July 15, 2022 update.
The app was changed for whatever reason and has become more than difficult to use. Verity unusual friendly. Trying to navigate to figure out what is what is a total waste of time. They need to go back to the old version and leave it alone. If you're not gonna go back then they need to put explicit directions of what to do and how to do it along with where to find it
Worked great until the last update, now it errors every time you try to look at pre recorded video making it useless for looking up previous events. Been waiting for a month for a solution but they dont seem interested in fixing it.
