How to Download&Play Google Voice on PC?
Download and install LDPlayer on your computer
Locate the Play Store in LDPlayer's system apps, launch it, and sign in to your Google account
Enter "Google Voice" into the search bar and search for it
Choose and install Google Voice from the search results
Once the download and installation are complete, return to the LDPlayer home screen
Click on the game icon on the LDPlayer home screen to start enjoying the exciting game
If you've already downloaded the APK file from another source, simply open LDPlayer and drag the APK file directly into the emulator.

I've been using Google voice for many years and has given me tons of flexibility being able to use multiple devices across various platforms. It still serves me very well even with what seems like very little change on the features end. There are still some services that do not accept VOIP addresses which is where Google Voice can't be used, but those instances are rare and don't deter me from recommending Google voice strongly to others.
Great travel communication for expats. It gives you the ability to send/receive free calls/texts/pics across the US as long as you have a wifi connection. You can also make international calls outside of the US and get the best rates! Load funds to your Google wallet and they can be used for foreign calls. US calls made remotely to the US are free. If you travel enough you can port your number to Google, but must have a US # as your base. Voice is only avail to US numbers currently.
Love Google Voice, but app feels clunky, bland and very old. Not intuitive at all. Most commonly used functions are several clicks away and functions like adding someone to an existing group chat isn't available. How about some color contrast to delineate functions and spiff up the look? How about a way to quickly cleanup the messages? G Voice over the years has seemed more of a pass time for Google than a serious endeavor.
