Complete and utter garbage ! Can't watch more than 5 minutes of any program without it buffering/cutting out/ or playing in an unwatchable frame rate. Itv solution? Restart my router , pass the blame onto the customer, when you're the only streaming service that doesn't work ? Just stick to Netflix,prime or Disney+ they actually seem to know what they're doing.
Same response as most other people. The content is great but the user experience is awful. It's hit and miss if anything will play and when you do get it to work by continuously pressing the play/pause it freezes when you get to the adverts. The TV app is just as bad. One of if not the worse streaming app I've ever used. What is the point of reviews if they don't act on them?
Love the content, absolutely hate the user experience. My main issue is with the 'Continue watching' feature. It does not sync with devices and is often inaccurate. It is my main gripe with the app and one that is stopping me from buying an annual subscription. This is such a universal feature in other streaming services, why is ITVX lagging behind?
