I always used to choose Klarna over Afterpay. I liked how I could push a payment back if I really needed to. Now they keep aligning my payments to one day. I can't even pick the day (or it's hard to set because I can't find the option). It's not helpful at all. It doesn't align with my pay schedule, and my bank only allows a certain amount of transactions to clear in a day. So it keeps telling me payment failed because they're trying to charge *everything* on one day. Tried turning it off...
I am having the same issue as some of the other customers. I have not missed any payments. Now all of a sudden when I try to make purchase choosing the 6 month plan option, I'm getting response, unable to verify identity. I contacted them about it. Nothing in my personal information has changed. Klarna doing what it wants to do. This is ridiculous when you have customers who pay faithfully with no issues. I reached out to transunion to verify my info is correct. They said its on Klarna's end.
Update: 2 star rating to 1 star. Reward amounts keeps lowering. Started at $15 off, now rewards are $5 off. Also doesn't stack with gift cards. Original: This use to be a great app/service. Now they updated to charge a fee on sites that aren't partnered with Klarna. Also, you can only use a Klarna reward deal when shopping through the app when before it would apply at checkout if using your browser.
