Starting at 27th of February, the application not working, and there is no reason , and the people of the company they didn't have any answer. I always trying to enter my account via the application, but unfortunately I always failing because there was something wrong with the application that kicked me out directly after logging in.
It's been a while since I am not able to pay my bills by my cards through the app , it always says payment error, everything about the app is slow and full of bugs and malfunctioning all the time.
One of the worst experience in using an app and that from a Telco company. UI is ugly, security settings are non-standard (imagine an app that will do transactions and its pwd is without a special characters), services are incomplete (you will go to branch for plan upgrades)
