The app is mostly good, but one major flaw makes me want to tear my hair out. I cannot get past investor level 3. It's been days, and I keep getting a message saying I've been "downgraded to investor level 3" despite never once upgrading past level 3, which is unfortunate because i know there are other levels. Getting in contact with support is obtuse and a pain, requiring me to make another account on another website. If they had better user support and a less glitchy app I'd give it 5/5.
This app was great. The coins didn't accumulate crazy fast but the interest each week was very cool. And it DOES cash out which is very important! However, for the last month or so, claiming interest doesn't always work. It worked 1 out of 4 times. I sent an email to support a week ago and haven't heard back. This seemed to start after the last patch so perhaps their 'bug fix" was really to break interest claiming..
This app has the potential to be one of the best daily check-in apps out there. The concept is great, investor level up, coin saves, interest on in-game currencies. Needs to be tested more thoroughly because the games are slow and keep crashing. Like to see more detail about the coins being saved- what type of coins, what wallet using, and some settings for the investing functionality would make Money Turn into a Must-Have.
